My stay at Hotel Rae Bukit Bintang started off poorly due to a musty room and a broken air conditioning unit. but the location was fantastic, close to many restaurants and attractions in the heart of the city. While the service was disinterested at first, they became attentive when I needed repairs. Unfortunately, I encountered issues with their refund process which negatively impacted my overall experience.
